Important Rules:

• All memberships are charged on a recurring basis. Members are responsible for remembering and canceling their membership if desired. PLUNJ will not be responsible for any forgotten or charged memberships.

• To allow for as many guests as possible to use the space, we ask that all Sisu members limit themselves to one visit per day. If you would like to schedule an additional session on the same day, please give us a call or a text, and we can schedule you In for a $20 charge.

 

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are vaild for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

• Gift cards are non-refundable. ​
   

Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

SISU Memberships:

• Cancellation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment – no penalty.

• Cancellation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment – $20 penalty.

• No show – $20 penalty.

• Unpaid penalties will result in members unable to book a session until payment is received.

 

LAGOM, Punch Pass, Corporate Pass:​

• Cancellation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment – session credit refunded.

• Cancellation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment – loss of session credit.

• No show – loss of session credit.

Buddy Pass: (Members are responsible for booking their guest)

• One Buddy Pass each session for Sisu & Lagom members.

• Cancellation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment – no penalty.

• Cancellation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment – $20 penalty to member.

• No show – $20 penalty to member.

 

Non-Members: (All non-members must pay in full at time of booking)

• Cancellation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment – full refund. 

• Cancellation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment – no refund. 

• No call/no show – no refund.

 

Group Bookings: (All Group Bookings must pay in full at time of booking)

1 Hour Group Session (6 people included in session, anyone over 6 is $20/person)

MAX 10 people.

• Cancellation/reschedule before 24 hrs. of appointment – full refund.

• Cancellation/reschedule within 24 hrs. of appointment – no refund

• No show – no refund.

 

2 Hour Group Session (10 people included in session, anyone over 10 is $20/person)

MAX 12 people.

• Cancellation/reschedule before 24 hrs. of appointment – full refund.

• Cancellation/reschedule/ within 24 hrs. of appointment – no refund.

• No show – no refund.

 

3 Hour Group Session (15 people included in session, anyone over 15 is $20/Person)

MAX 20 people.

• Cancellation/reschedule before 24 hrs. of appointment – full refund.

• Cancellation/reschedule within 24 hrs. of appointment – no refund.

• No call/no show – no refund.

 

Membership Cancellation:

• Members may cancel their membership online or in person at any time

• To avoid being charged for the next month, members must cancel before their membership renews

• Buddy passes will end on the day of membership cancellation.
